Cloud, Security & Operations
Kubernetes
Design, build and operation of production Kubernetes clusters on EKS, AKS, GKE or on premises, with the networking, security, autoscaling and GitOps practices needed to run them safely.
Capability overview
What kubernetes involves
Kubernetes is powerful and unforgiving. Creating a cluster takes minutes; running it well for years requires decisions about networking, ingress, secrets, resource limits, upgrades and access control. Many teams discover these gaps only after an outage or a failed version upgrade.
We build clusters on managed services such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS and Google GKE, or on premises with distributions such as RKE2, and manage configuration through GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux. Clusters are hardened against the CIS Kubernetes Benchmark and upgraded on a planned schedule.

What is included
What we deliver
Cluster architecture
Node pools, networking plugin, ingress controller, storage classes and multi-tenancy model designed for your workloads.
GitOps delivery
Cluster and application configuration stored in Git and reconciled automatically, making every change auditable and reversible.
Security hardening
Role-based access, network policies, pod security standards, secrets from external vaults and admission policies with Kyverno or Gatekeeper.
Scaling and cost control
Horizontal pod autoscaling, cluster autoscaling or Karpenter, resource requests tuned from real usage and spot capacity where appropriate.
How we work
How we deliver kubernetes
Workload readiness
Applications checked for health probes, resource settings and graceful shutdown before moving to Kubernetes.
Cluster build
Clusters provisioned with infrastructure as code and core add-ons installed through GitOps.
Observability setup
Metrics, logs and alerts for cluster and workloads using Prometheus, Grafana and a log platform.
Application onboarding
Helm charts or Kustomize manifests created and services migrated one at a time.
Upgrade routine
Quarterly upgrade process tested in non-production first, keeping clusters within supported versions.

Site Reliability Engineering
Engineering practices that keep production systems reliable: service level objectives, error budgets, on-call and incident management, and automation that removes repetitive operational work.
Cloud Infrastructure Management
Day-to-day administration of your cloud accounts and resources: patching, access, backups, change control, rightsizing and tagging, handled under agreed service levels by a named team.
Cloud Monitoring
Observability for cloud applications and infrastructure: metrics, logs and traces collected with OpenTelemetry and native tools, dashboards that answer real questions and alerts that mean something.
Cloud Cost Optimization
Reducing cloud spend without reducing capability: rightsizing, commitment discounts, scheduling, storage tiering and FinOps practices that make teams accountable for what they run.

Questions about Kubernetes
Cannot find what you need? Our team responds to technical and commercial questions within one business day.
Ask a questionOften not. With a handful of services, managed container platforms or serverless options give most of the benefit with far less operational work. We will say so if Kubernetes is more than you need.
Kubernetes releases minor versions roughly three times a year and managed services end support for older versions on a fixed calendar, so most clusters need at least two to three upgrades each year.
Yes. We begin with a health assessment covering security, version support, backup of cluster state and resource configuration before accepting operational responsibility.
Cluster builds are fixed-price projects. Ongoing operation, upgrades and on-call support are a monthly managed service priced by the number of clusters and support hours.
