What systems integration involves
Custom applications rarely stand alone. An order system must generate e-invoices through the GST network, a lending application must verify identity and bank accounts, a field service app must read data from devices, and a logistics portal must book shipments with courier partners. Each external system has its own protocols, limits and failure modes.
