What infrastructure management involves
Keeping infrastructure healthy is continuous work: patches every month, disks filling up, certificates expiring, firmware advisories, capacity running short and hardware failing at inconvenient hours. Internal teams often spend so much time on this routine that improvement projects never start.
Our infrastructure management service takes responsibility for day-to-day operation across on-premises, colocation and hybrid environments. Work follows ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management in your service management tool or ours, with defined service levels, runbooks and a monthly service review.
The service can be fully managed or co-managed, where your team keeps strategic control and specific tasks, and we handle agreed operational responsibilities and out-of-hours cover. Maintenance windows, escalation contacts and approval rules are agreed at the start, so planned work never surprises the business.
