What api integration involves
Most organisations now use dozens of SaaS applications, each with its own API. Connecting them removes double entry: a won deal in the CRM creates a customer and order in the ERP, a new joiner in HR creates accounts in IT systems, and paid invoices update the customer record for sales. The challenge is keeping those connections reliable as APIs change.
We build API integrations directly in code or on integration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, Workato or Make, depending on volume and complexity. Each integration handles authentication token refresh, rate limits, pagination, partial failures and duplicate prevention, and logs every transaction so failures are visible and recoverable.
