SLA-Based Support Services
Support contracts built around measurable service level agreements, with severity definitions, response and resolution targets, measurement rules, reporting and service credits that make support accountable.
Capability overview
What sla-based support services involves
Many support contracts promise responsiveness without defining it. When a critical system fails, disputes begin: was the issue critical, when did the clock start, does a workaround count as resolution and what happens if targets are missed? SLA-based support services settle those questions before an incident occurs.
We design and deliver support agreements for applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms and websites with explicit severity criteria, response and restoration targets by coverage window, exclusions, escalation contacts, maintenance windows and reporting methods. Where appropriate, service credits apply when targets are missed for reasons within our control.
SLAs are paired with operational measures such as backlog age and repeat incidents, because meeting response times alone does not guarantee that support is actually improving service.

Questions about SLA-Based Support Services
Cannot find what you need? Our team responds to technical and commercial questions within one business day.
Ask a questionResponse time is how quickly support acknowledges and starts work. Resolution or restoration time is how quickly service is returned to users, often through a workaround before a permanent fix.
No. Round-the-clock support costs more and should be reserved for systems whose outage outside business hours causes real harm, such as customer platforms or plant operations.
They create accountability, but credits rarely compensate for business impact. Good SLAs focus mainly on prevention, escalation and continuous improvement.
Monthly fees depend on supported systems, coverage windows, target strictness, staffing requirements and monitoring included.
