Enterprise Content Management
Document and records management for the organisation, covering capture, classification, version control, approvals, retention, search, e-signatures and secure sharing across SharePoint, M-Files, OpenText or Alfresco.
Capability overview
What enterprise content management involves
Contracts, drawings, policies, invoices, quality records and personnel files spread across email attachments, personal drives and shared folders with names like final_v7. When an auditor asks for the approved version of a procedure, or a contract renewal date is missed, the cost of unmanaged content becomes visible.
Enterprise content management introduces structured repositories with metadata, version control, approval workflows, retention schedules and permission models. We implement on Microsoft SharePoint and Purview, M-Files, OpenText or Alfresco, add OCR capture for paper and scanned documents, and integrate e-signature services, including Aadhaar-based eSign through licensed providers where appropriate. Permissions are designed around roles and document sensitivity rather than individual users, which keeps access manageable as people join, move and leave.

Ask a questionFor many organisations using Microsoft 365, SharePoint with Purview retention and good information architecture meets most needs. Specialised platforms suit engineering documents, heavy compliance or complex metadata-driven processes.
The Information Technology Act recognises electronic signatures, including Aadhaar eSign, for many documents. Certain documents are excluded, so legal advice should confirm suitability for specific agreements.
By analysing content first, archiving or deleting what is obsolete, and migrating active content with metadata. Migrating everything as it is recreates the original mess in a new system.
Design and configuration are fixed price per phase. Migration is priced by content volume and complexity, and platform licences are separate.
