Digital Maturity Assessment
A scored assessment of how digitally capable your organisation is across strategy, customer experience, operations, data, technology, people and culture, benchmarked and turned into priorities.
Capability overview
What digital maturity assessment involves
Before investing in transformation, leadership teams need a shared, objective view of where the organisation stands. Opinions differ widely: sales may believe the CRM is well used while data shows otherwise, and IT may rate infrastructure highly while users struggle daily. A maturity assessment replaces anecdotes with evidence.
We assess maturity across seven dimensions using surveys, interviews, system data and document review, scoring each on a five-level scale from ad hoc to optimised. Results show strengths to build on, gaps holding the organisation back and how departments differ, which often reveals where to start. The assessment is deliberately evidence based, so scores can be defended in leadership discussions and repeated later to show real progress rather than changes in opinion. Department-level results are shared openly with the teams concerned, since the people closest to the work usually know best how to close the gaps the scores reveal.

Questions about Digital Maturity Assessment
Cannot find what you need? Our team responds to technical and commercial questions within one business day.
Ask a questionThree to five weeks for most organisations, including survey time, interviews and the results workshop.
Yes. The same model and evidence standards are used so a reassessment after twelve to eighteen months shows genuine progress by dimension.
No. The model scales to mid-sized businesses, where a simpler survey and fewer interviews still produce a useful baseline.
It is fixed price based on the number of departments and locations included, and the number of interviews required.
