What technology modernization involves
Technical debt accumulates across an estate: unsupported operating systems, applications on end-of-life frameworks, custom code only one person understands and integrations that break with every change. Modernising everything at once is unaffordable and risky, so the question is where to start and what to leave alone.
We assess the whole technology portfolio for business value, technical risk and cost of ownership, then assign each system a modernisation path.
