Choosing an ERP, CRM, HR platform, data platform or implementation partner commits an organisation for years. Selections often go wrong when polished demonstrations substitute for evidence, requirements are written after preferences form, or licensing and implementation costs are underestimated.

A focused selection typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Larger ERP selections with proofs of concept can take three to four months.
Not always. For smaller purchases, structured demonstrations and reference checks with two or three vendors may be enough. Public sector and regulated organisations often require a formal process.
It is fixed price based on the platform category, number of vendors evaluated and whether proofs of concept are included.
