Digital Experience & Growth
Order Management Integration
Connecting orders from your website, marketplaces and stores to order management, warehouse, shipping and accounting systems, so every order is routed, fulfilled, tracked and invoiced without manual re-entry.
Capability overview
What order management integration involves
As order volume grows across a website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick commerce and physical stores, teams spend hours downloading reports, printing labels and updating spreadsheets. Mistakes follow: duplicated shipments, missed orders and customers chasing status updates. Order management integration automates that flow.
We connect sales channels to an order management system such as Unicommerce, Increff, Browntape or a custom OMS, and onwards to warehouse systems, shipping aggregators like Shiprocket or courier APIs, and accounting in Tally, Zoho Books or the ERP. Status updates flow back to each channel and to customers automatically.

Questions about Order Management Integration
Cannot find what you need? Our team responds to technical and commercial questions within one business day.
Ask a questionA single store with one warehouse can often manage within its platform. Multiple channels, warehouses or stores usually justify an OMS to avoid overselling and manual routing.
Yes, for seller-fulfilled marketplace programmes. Orders are pulled into your OMS, packed and shipped, and tracking is pushed back within the marketplace's time limits.
Return and refund data from each marketplace is matched against received items and settlement reports, flagging missing returns or incorrect deductions for claims.
Integration is fixed price per connected system and channel. Custom routing logic and dashboards are quoted separately.
