AI Strategy & Consulting
A clear-eyed plan for where AI will create value in your organisation, what data and governance it needs, and which use cases to fund first, without chasing every new model release.
Capability overview
What ai strategy & consulting involves
Most organisations now have more AI ideas than capacity. Staff are experimenting with public chat tools, vendors are adding AI features to every product, and leadership wants to know what is real. An AI strategy separates use cases that will pay back from those that only make good demonstrations.
We run structured discovery across business functions, score each candidate on value, feasibility, data readiness and risk, and turn the best into a sequenced roadmap. The strategy also sets guardrails for staff use of public AI tools and aligns with frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

What is included
What the strategy delivers
Use case portfolio
Candidate use cases from each function documented with the process affected, expected benefit, data required and the people who would use the result.
Scoring and prioritisation
A transparent scoring model so the first projects are chosen on evidence, including a few quick wins to build confidence and one or two strategic bets.
Build, buy or configure decisions
For each priority use case, a view on whether an existing product feature, a configured platform or custom development is the right route.
Acceptable use and governance
A practical policy for employee use of AI tools, approval steps for new AI systems and ownership of AI risk.
Capability plan
Skills, roles, platforms and budget needed over the next eighteen months, including what to hire and what to partner for.
How we work
How we deliver ai strategy & consulting
Leadership alignment
Executives agree the goals AI should serve, such as cost to serve, revenue growth or risk reduction, and the constraints it must respect.
Function workshops
Short sessions with operations, finance, sales, service and HR teams to collect pain points that AI could plausibly address.
Data and platform check
Availability, quality and access rules for the data each use case needs assessed alongside existing cloud and analytics platforms.
Roadmap build
Priority use cases sequenced with dependencies, budgets and success measures defined before any build starts.
Executive readout
Recommendations presented with trade-offs, and the first proof of concept scoped so momentum is not lost.

Questions about AI Strategy & Consulting
Cannot find what you need? Our team responds to technical and commercial questions within one business day.
Ask a questionFor a single business unit, four to six weeks is typical. An organisation-wide strategy covering several functions and geographies usually takes eight to ten weeks, depending on how many workshops are needed.
Not for every use case. Many generative AI applications can start with documents and systems you already have. Predictive use cases usually need cleaner historical data, and the strategy identifies where data work must come first.
It recommends approaches and, where helpful, shortlists of suitable platforms. We have no reseller commitments, so recommendations are based on fit with your existing technology, security needs and budget.
The strategy is a fixed-price engagement based on the number of business functions in scope. Follow-on proofs of concept are quoted individually once each use case is defined.
